  • Writing up accurate, clear notes for each conversation
  • Identifying additional prospect information through online research

Based in our fantastic modern offices in central Newcastle at The Core in Science Central, the role requires you to be speaking with businesses in the US and Canada. Therefore, your work hours will typically be 12pm-8pm or 4pm-midnight.

Desired Skills:

  • Confident and intelligent communicator - conversing with senior business professionals, no problem!

  • Excellent writing skills - converting in-depth telephone conversations into concise, accurately written reports.
  • Persistent and focused - coming to work each day energised and ready to achieve your goals.
  • A track-record of success in a similar role, such as sales or telemarketing.

If you’ve previously worked with, or have an affinity towards, software or technology that's great.  However, if you’re from a non-sales background but feel you can deliver the qualities we’re looking for, we’d love to hear from you.
